Among its prestigious clients are FG and SIEMENS power plants, Zuellig and Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) towers (see front page) for building instrumentation. The Zuellig building in Makati is a world class, green building.  It was awarded a Platinum Level Award by the US green building council under its Leed Rating System for leadership in energy and environmental design (core and shell).

In the National Capital Region, the JICA-sponsored Metro Manila Strong Motion Array Network (MMSTAR) program of government uses Kinemetrics products. These state-of-the-art and world class seismic sensors and recorders are now deployed in Phivolcs in Quezon City; Department of Budget Management (DBM) in Manila; Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA); Makati City, Marikina Elementary School; Marikina City, PLDT Compound, Pasig City; Pateros Municipal Hall, Pateros; Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Libertad Pumping Station, Manila City; Smith Kline Beecham Factory, Cainta, Rizal; University of Santo Tomas, Manila City; and San Agustin Church, Manila City.  Continuous expansion of the MMSTAR is underway for strong-motion instrumentation in Greater Metro Manila.  
 
The current National Structural Code of the Philippines and the DPWH implementing rules and regulations, which require private and public building owners to install seismic equipment actually refer to strong-motion accelerographs, which measure motion/displacement of the building at different floors during an earthquake. Aside from Kinemetrics being reasonably-priced, it is without doubt the obvious choice by building owners for seismic instrumentation of their property as it is already heavily used in the Metro Manila Strong Motion Array Network or MMSTAR, duly recognized by government agencies implementing the program, which include Phivolcs and DPWH. 
 
The volcanoes Pinatubo, Mayon, Taal, Bulusan, Hibok-Hibok, Matutum, Parker and Canlaon are also monitored using Kinemetrics seismometers. Nothing less. Each of these volcanoes has a seismic network around its slopes to monitor movement of magma and other forms of volcanic unrest to alert people of impending danger.
